Store Return Strategy

Kindly review our terms before completing your transaction.

Refund Info: At Ready To Be Worn, clarity matters. If merchandise is misrepresented or faulty, we provide refunds to your original account. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Once the package is received and inspected at our facility, we will immediately initiate your refund or formal return processing.

Exchange Rules: Because our vintage finds are unique, direct swaps are unavailable. If a piece isn't right for you, please return the original item at your own expense for a refund and purchase your new favorite separately. Our team processes these requests promptly once the returned garment is safely back in our hands.

Return Standards: For acceptance, products must remain in their delivered state—undamaged, uncleaned, and featuring all original labels. Please be aware that specifically designated 'Final Sale' or 'Archive' pieces represent a permanent purchase and cannot be sent back for any form of reimbursement or credit.

Deadlines: You have a 14-day window from the delivery date to notify us of a return. After this period, we cannot grant any requests. Following approval, you must mail the item back using a tracked service at your cost within 7 days. We finalize all returns globally only after the physical item is returned to us.

Initiating Returns: Send an email to readytobewornuk@mail.com with your order details to start. Please remember that return postage is the buyer's responsibility. After we receive the item back at our warehouse, our team will verify the condition and process your refund or return as requested.
