Do you dispatch to another country?
Yes. We dispatch internationally. Shipping costs are calculated by parcel weight. For example, to Brazil, a parcel up to 2kg is approximately £27.00.
Where do the clothes come from?
The clothes are purchased directly from their owners. We do not buy from charity shops, bales or donation bins.
What grade is Ready To Be Worn pre-loved clothes?
We only sell Grade A clothes, books, soft toys and accessories.
Do you sell brand new with tags clothes?
We don’t focus on selling brand new with tags clothes. However, on rare occasions you may find brand new with tags items, as some pieces arrive brand new when we purchase clothes from our regular and new clients.
Do you offer easy payment plans?
Yes, you can pay in interest-free instalments using Clearpay and Klarna services.
